(NON-HEATED YOGA)

This class is great for beginner Yogi’s and seasoned Yogi’s who want a mind-body connection with just enough flow to make you glow.

SPARK
(EASY HOT YOGA)

99 DEGREES, 20% HUMIDITY

Enjoy a less strenuous version of our hot yoga series in a cooler environment with dim lights and at a much slower pace. This class is great for beginner hot yoga students who may be intimidated by the idea of stretching and sweating at the same time!

IGNITE
(MEDIUM HOT YOGA)

102 DEGREES, 40% HUMIDITY

Focus on your balance and concentration through our hot yoga series in a warm room that will get your heart rate up. This class is for the intermediate hot yoga student and will have you sweating just enough to make you feel good.

FIRE
(INTENSE HOT YOGA)

90 MINUTES

105 DEGREES, 50% HUMIDITY

Sweat, stretch and build stamina with faster paced flows in our hot yoga series. This class is for the advanced yoga student who wants a bit of cardio. This class and its heat activate higher oxygen flow in the body which increases calorie burn. This series works on building strength and increasing range of motion.

SUNRISE YOGA

Wake up with the sun and join us for an early morning yoga routine. This Hatha style class offers the perfect rhythm and pace for waking up the mind, body, and soul to start your day right! (Class will take place by the lake in the greenery when weather permits.)

BIKRAM YOGA

This sequenced series of 26 yoga postures and two breathing exercises was developed by Bikram Choudhury in the 1970s. Detoxify your body and feel great with this heated class in 40% humidity.

RESTORATIVE/YIN

Step away from your busy life and go inward with this relaxing class intended to heal the mind and soul while nurturing the body. Poses are held for several minutes as you reset your entire body while keeping the focus on the breath. With the use of props, you will feel restored and renewed after this class.

YOGA NIDRA

Let your body rest and achieve a state of consciousness between being awake and asleep with this relaxing class. This immensely powerful technique will completely relax your body while your mind is guided through verbal instructions and meditation. You will leave this class feeling completely rejuvenated.

MOMMY AND ME

Bring your child for this extremely fun and energizing class that will boost energy and lessen fatigue. We will play games and sing songs, engaging with each other while learning fun poses that will keep everyone healthy and strong!

PRENATAL YOGA

Explore our prenatal class that is specifically suited to help accommodate a growing belly while offering balance and support through all three trimesters. Prenatal Yoga can improve sleep, reduce stress, decrease back pain, headaches, and nausea, while increasing strength, flexibility, and endurance. This class is great to help the body prepare for labor and stay fit during pregnancy.

POSTNATAL YOGA

Our postnatal yoga class focuses on pelvic floor exercises as well as muscle toning to help a woman’s body after delivery. This class for new moms is energizing and restoring as it helps build strength and stamina. (Babies are always welcome but focus will be on mother and not baby.)

FAMILY YOGA

All family members and all ages are invited to experience this amazing class! While learning yoga in a practical and fun way, we incorporate partner poses, play games, sing songs, and work on breathing techniques. The whole family is sure to leave with a smile!

TEEN YOGA

10 - 17 YEAR OLDS

Learn how to cope with the stresses of everyday life! Teen Yoga helps build confidence, healthy physical self-image, instills compassion, and teaches relaxation. We will explore the deeper values of breath-work and postures while listening to current music selections. Teen yoga is a fun way to stay fit and healthy!
