This class is great to help the body prepare for labor and stay fit during pregnancy.
Our postnatal yoga class focuses on pelvic floor exercises as well as muscle toning to help a woman’s body after delivery. This class for new moms is energizing and restoring as it helps build strength and stamina. (Babies are always welcome but focus will be on mother and not baby.)
